Simplicity Storage Loft Bed, Studio Loft Bed, or Rustica Full Over Twin All In One Bunk Bed?

I’ve narrowed it down to three beds I would like. Out of these three beds, I would like my friends being able to spend the night, my three year old middle sized dog to get up on, comfortable, and to be able to study somewhere comfortable on it. Which one should I get? These are the three beds:
