I have 6 houses for rent and land(8 rai) in thailand with the name of Thai wife, i pay too higi tax rate.?
The property tax rate is 12.5% for the incom. The payment for worker for garden is not diducted. and rental from the facility( gas stove, fridge, TV, showerheater) and furniture (matress with bed fram,table and chairs) are not diducted from the incom. Is it legal in Thailand. Could I get the solution for to pay reasonable tax?
You are stuck with what you pay there is no way around it. Unless of course you just dont pay. But theres a saying that goes “the only two things you HAVE to do is die and pay taxes”. Thats life.
