Estate/garage sale?
My father recently passed away and I’ve inherited the house, which I plan to move into. He has SO much stuff…tools, lawn mowers, furniture. There’s no way I can move everything upstairs and outside for a garage sale. Any ideas on how to price things or have people view the items?
The best idea I can think of is to have a garage sale in the garage. I would keep people out of my house. It sounds like you may have to have more than one sale.
A good way to price things is on EBay or another on line auction site. This way you can get the going rate on items that you have no idea what they are worth.
