I need advise about a competitor in the outdoor furniture industry copying my companies designs?
I partner with multiple overseas factories that manufacture my furniture designs, I have a warehouse and online retail business. Another online outdoor furniture company is copying my designs and sending them to their factory to copy, then take a new pic from their factory for their site not to mention undercutting the prices a lot. Is there anything I can do to stop this outside of copyrighting every product and that is subject to question as well? Any help would be great, it is getting very disheartening and frustrating, not to mention confusing the market and warranty for the customers.
